In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (P.L. 88-352), the following policy is for the guidance of all students and personnel within ALL schools in Henry County:
No person shall be denied employment, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or subject to discrimination in any program or activity, on the basis of gender, religion, beliefs, national origin, ethnic group, or disabling condition.
