The beginning of season required paperwork is attached at the bottom of this page.  The first packet is the Athletic Parent Information Packet.  This packet is to be read by the parent(s)/guardian(s) and student-athlete.  The second packet is the Athletic Paperwork Packet (Parent Packet to be returned) and is required to be signed and turned in to the coach before a student can tryout for a team or practice.  ​​​​​​​
