Henry County School System uses School Cafe as a safe and secure way for parents to make online payments to their children's cafeteria accounts.

What is my child's Student ID?

The Student ID can be found in your Synergy ParentVue account by clicking on Student Info > Permanent ID #.  The Permanent ID # is also your child's lunch/student ID for School Cafe.  If you do not have access to ParentVue then you can contact your child's school for this number.

What can I access by having a School Cafe account?

  • See what your child is purchasing in the cafeteria

  • Monitor how much money is in your child's lunch account

  • Set up alerts that will notify you when your child's money gets below a designated amount.  

  • Deposit money into your child's lunch account online for a small fee

  • Fill out a Free and Reduced Price Meal Application

What are other ways that I can pay my child's cafeteria charges?

  • Send cash or check to your child's school cafeteria in a sealed envelope with your child's name on the front.
