HENRY COUNTY, TN — For families who were unable to attend recent evening registration events, the Henry County School System is pleased to announce that Kindergarten registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open during regular school hours.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to visit their zoned elementary school to pick up a registration packet and enroll their child for the upcoming year. To be eligible for the 2026-2027 class, children must be five years old on or before August 15, 2026.
Where to Register
Registration packets are available at the following locations during standard school day hours:
Dorothy and Noble Harrelson Elementary School
Henry Elementary School
Lakewood Elementary School
Required Documentation
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please bring the following documents with you to your child's school:
Proof of Age: Official birth certificate.
Residency: Two (2) valid proofs of residency within the school zone.
Health Records: Current immunization form.
Identification: Social Security card (if available).
Legal Documentation: Custody papers (if applicable).
